Dr. Kaye is available for bereavement and trauma training at hospitals, businesses, schools, universities and  corporations particularly in the aspect of dealing with employees who have experienced a severe loss. Her assessment for the necessity of such training is to prevent the challenge of absenteeism, fatigue, low productivity which are just some of the results of unresolved grief and unfinished business. Dr. Kaye custom creates programs to individual companies as each is different.
